We had 474 miles to drive today. It was a long day of driving, but it went well. We ended up driving in Minnesota for 160 miles, so the kids got to set foot in another state.
We got to Iowa City (Coralville, really) in good time and had time to visit with Laura, Greg and Zachary before a cookout with Uncle Paul, Aunt Irene, Cousin Matt, and Terri and Greg. It was a great fun evening and wonderful to see everyone.
