We also had more excitement than we wished for. Mike came to switch the truck with the jeep (he and Lee are lending Mark a car while Gaylan is here and using the Focus). The truck’s brakes gave out as Mike was taking it home, luckily right at the stop sign at the end of our street. Had to call for a tow and take the jeep back.
Charlie was quite taken with the proceedings.
Those baked items look so good! Sorry about the truck!
ReplyDeleteBummer about the truck...We're going to be baking, too. I meant to today, but didn't get to it. It was a high of 64 or something today, though, much more reasonable. My plan is to bake a whole bunch and freeze so that we don't have to bake when it's ridiculously hot.
