We’ve had some lovely cooler weather this week. In the mornings, it’s been a little chilly, as you can see.
Charlie was an enthusiastic participant in the making of the Tunnel of Fudge Cake that I made yesterday.
This is the finished product. It was really, really good. Great chocolate flavor and very fudgy. The recipe is from America’s Test Kitchen Baking Book.
