Today was the piano recital. It went very well. There were 13 students, who went in order of their level of playing. Marty was last and Eddie was #9. Eddie played The Entertainer and The Mockingbird (a West Indies folk song—Dad used to play it on his guitar, but he sang, “Yellow bird up high in banana tree.”) Marty played Maple Leaf Rag, Andante in C Major by Mozart, and The Veggie Tales Theme. They both did well.
